The 6th international orchid workshop will be held in Institute of Biology of the Faculty of Biology and Chemistry, University of Białystok located at the most modern and well-equipped academic campus in Poland in terms of its scientific and didactic facilities.
Białystok is the largest city in north-eastern Poland and the capital of the Podlaskie Voivodeship, with nearly 300 thousand residents. It is a city of meeting point, where the roads run between the Eastern and the Western Europe. Members of ethnic groups: Poles, Belorussians, Russians, Jews, Tatars, Latvians, Germans used to live together.
